Not only will it help you understand what your home is worth, but it will show you comparable properties and provide you with plenty of information about the process of selling. If you choose to hire me to coordinate the process, all you'll need to do is sit back and relax. I'll take care of all the marketing, open houses, staging advice to optimize the way your home will appear to potential buyers, and I'll coordinate the transaction and paperwork from start to finish. More than anything, your interests and concerns will always be my top priority.

Perhaps, you're a renter who's tired of paying rent, or maybe a homeowner who's ready to upsize or downsize! Growing up in the greater Seattle region, I can help you choose the right area to find a new home, and show you any homes you might be interested in at your convenience. We can look at houses in the evening, on the weekend, whenever is best for you! If you have email, I'll send you listings as often as I find them, not just once a week. You'll never lose the perfect home because I didn't get it to you fast enough! I also have people who can help you get pre-approved and financed. I know inspectors, window people, furnace people, you name it, I got it. I'll always find you the best quality for absolutely the best deal.
